New Games and Accessories

A seven day warranty against defects. If a purchased game or accessory doesn’t work, it may only be exchanged for a different copy of the same item. 3D Games is not responsible for consumer damage, including scratches and laser burns.

Used Games and Accessories

A thirty day warranty against defects. This warranty covers the working condition of the product. If a game is freezing or not working, 3D Games will first try to clean or repair the disc. If the problems persist, it may be exchanged for a different copy of the same item. If that item is not in stock, it may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. 3D Games does not guarantee that downloadable content or bonus content will be included with the game.

New Consoles

New consoles come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For repairs or malfunctions, contact the manufacturer. New Systems cannot be returned once opened.

Used Consoles

A Thirty day warranty against defects. This warranty covers the working condition of the console, along with cords and accessories included with the purchase. 3D Games is not responsible for consumer damage on the console or accessories provided. A nonworking console may be exchanged for the same item. If said item is not in stock, the customer will receive store credit. All consoles are inspected and tested before they are put out for sale. 

3D Games will not exchange returned items for cash. 3D Games does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products. We strongly advise that our customers research or ask questions about any game before they purchase it to be sure it is the game they are looking for.
